Management Agreement

The Body Corporate for Clump Point Community Titles Scheme 20052 has appointed FAIRPAY Strata to provide body corporate administrative services.

The Management Agreement sets out the agreed scope of services, responsibilities, term of appointment, administrative duties, record-keeping obligations, and authority granted to FAIRPAY Strata.

This agreement supports the proper administration of the body corporate, including owner communication, levy administration, meeting preparation, maintenance coordination, record management, and general administrative support.
